SAVINGS DEPARTMENT Special attention has been paid to making our savings department convenient. Four per cent, interest is allowed on savings accounts.

Ample New Quarters For Our Title Department S INCE May, 1922, the Cape May County Title and Trust Company has been serving the people of Cape May County in searching titles, insuring titles, making real estate loans and settlements, and generally acting in a fiduciary capacity. The business of the Company has steadily increased. For some time it has been handicapped by the limited space of its old quarters. The Company has now moved into its own new building, which will be formally opened to the public on Saturday, March 5th. In the new building are extensive offices housing the various departments, and a most complete filing equipment for the title plant. While we feel we have served you well in the past, we are now able to serve you better. The new building is directly adjacent to the County Clerk’s office, and with increased floor space, and more modern equipment, we are now ready for any title matters that you may refer to us.

TITLE INSURANCE has come to be recognized as being as important as any other form of insurance. By having a title insured, you are absolutely protected against any loss due to a defect in the title to any property you may buy. The Company, with resources of over $400,000, stands (rack of every title it guarantees, and if there is any loss due to any defect, the Company stands all the cost. The charge for this service is really very moderate - - only slightly more than the normal charge for an ordinary search. When next you buy real estate of any kind - - or if you loan money on a mortgage on any real estate - - insist on Title Insurance. It is your protection.
