Mr. Arthur Worthington, a Philadelphia real estate man. was the speaker of the evening at the combined social and business meeting of the Wildwood Chamber of Commerce. Monday night. In the library of the High School. The subject of Mr. Worthingtons address was "Th- Real Estate Broker and His Relation lo the Public." The Idea which the speaker wished to make known, was built along helpful llne<or the broker In his business dealings with the client, explanatory of what the client expects, and how the operator should treat all real estate deals for the best interests of his client- * , ar•ieolarly did Mr. Worthington draw comparisons on Ibe manner of conducting the real estate business by the new methods wnployed through the organized real estate boards and Us helpful Influence.
