Recent Improvements: A new municipal fishing pier, 700 feet long, 8 feet of water at low tide. To be opened and dedicated on July 4, 1927. Physical culture and children’s playgrounds on the beach regularly under direction of a graduate in^trudtor. More and better tennis courts on the plaza await the enthusiast of this fine game. Street improvements - $ 140,000 worth of them. Three miles of county road, semi-hard surfaced. Household gas service.
