The CAPE MAY COUNTY TIMES and PORT NORRIS ADVERTISER are just starting a circulation building campaign which is open to every man, woman, boy or girl living in South Jersey. The campaign is just starting. It is goin^ to hi a short one, too. Not a long drawn out affair. The prizes will be awarded to the persons securing the largest number of points on cash subscriptions and by clipping out the free coupons printed in the paper each week. Only cash-in-advance subscriptions and the free poi.n coupons will count.

And a liberal feature of the campaign is the fact that everyone who takes part will be paid for their time, either a prize or a cash commission.
