Fifty Pupils Now Enrolled

Pupils of the rural schools Cape May County now have equal opportunity with the pupils of the city schools to master their favc.lte instrument and already about fifty boys and girls have grasped that opportunity. The County Schools have made arrangements with William F. Hundreds of boys and girls living In the rural districts have been unablf to realize their musical ambitions >ecause they could not afford the time or money to travel to other communities to take Then, many of them have not possessed Instruments. To eliminate this drawback. Mr. Jocher Is arranging to hire instruments and also lo permit pupils to purebaae Instruments by installment
