Edward Hackman, past president the Junior Group, was introduced by his leader. He briefly, but in an interesting manner, lined the history of the group and told of some of its activities. Ralston Miller, present president the group, entertained with a piano solo. Mr. Tinsley then called on Herbert Smith, bis assistant at the Woodbine Colony and an Eagle Scout, who gave a most interesting talk on Boy Scout work. He outlined the Scout program, told of its accomplishments, recited the Scout code and declared his willingness to assist the clubs In Scout work in its district. Car Overturns A car bearing a Pennsylvania license overturned near the Avalon Read on the Shore Road Tuesday afternoon, the occupants of the machine escaping injury. Witnesses declared that the car was going at a high rate of speed, when a car coming out of the Avalon Road came Into sight The driver of the Pennsylvania car applied his brakes, which locked and the machine overturned.
