Its chief present object la fair and free discussion of great questions Intimately aOecting the northern nations of Earo[>e. such, for Instance, n* the proposed closing of the Baltic by Germany and the publication to the world of the results of such discussions. Ultimately It la planned that associations of Viking* will be established In every country, national councils being planted on the greatest centers— New York In the U-olted States. London In Enel*ml. Buenos Ayres In Argentina. etc.—and subordinate councils In smaller renter*. When this has been accomplished, tin the Vikings will take wider As wrought out dojvn to tb^present the plan of the Vlklnga as a world organization Include* a central council of a dozen or a score to be established In London and to be re-enforced by representatives from each nation. Each national council Is to be chartered by this central council, which la also to charter such subordinate councils as may be recommended by the national councils.
