WATERWAY BIDE OPENED. Philadelphia Companies Offer to Make Cape May Cut. Harry W. Schneider, Inland Waterway commissioner of this State, has received bids at the State House for the dredging of the first link in the Inland waterway ay*Urn planned by Governor Fort to extend from Boy Head th Cape May City. The bide war fer improving the first section, which starts at Boy Head, and when completed will give thirty miles of deep waterway toward Atlantic City. The bidders were Hill Dredging Co* of Atlantic City, 16 cents per cubic yard; Atlantic Dredging Co., Philadelphia. 16cents; Rickards Dredging Co., of Philadelphia, 84 cents; Miner Engineering Co., of Washlngtiq D.
