Drunk and Disorderly. Late Saturday evening a drunken brawler waa ejected from a saloon c Washington street, and Officer Baldwl attempted to arrest him, tbe fellow n slating arrest, and Chief Farrow cam to Baldwin's assistance, and, grabbing him, bit him on the bead with bia billy.
