The thousands who have been delighted with the Inspiring Ben day evening concerts at Congress Hall during the season should be present to-morrow evening to enjoy the grand concert by Beale’s Military Band of fifty piece*. Tbs fee to be charged is but fllty cants, and Mr. Edward Knight Cake' prise In seonring so great an attraction should be folly recognized and encouraged. We hope to aes the greatest multitude of the season gathered Congress to hear this great concert. The theory that the major portion the people who come here during the summer do so to seek absolute quiet has long since bean exploded. It U true that they come to the seaside for recreation, but they find the recreation which they seek In the change from the routine of city Ilfs to the pleasures and gayetlas of the shore. The fact that eight of every ten persons who here in the summer may be foi the hotel hops or at other social gatherings of a like nature six evenings every seven tends to : prove the fallacy
of the theory.
