Woodbury will be well represented on the gridiron this fall. There will be two , leading teams in the city and innumerI able junior elevens, and all these have 1 been practicing for weeks. While the jupiors will open their season *hi» week, the first teams will not start until October 5. Beginning on October 19 the Woodbury Athletic Association will play on the Country Club grounds. The North Woodbury Athletic Association will open the (.eason on October 12. A series of three games for the championship of the city will be played. Paulsboro will have a strong team. Dates are being made and the season will be a

long one.

Sheriff Cole and Special Officer Geo. Appleman had a lively chase Sunday morning at Belvidert after Harry Mosha. of Bethlehem. Pa., and a companion. who arc accused of stealing a team of horses at Tobyhanna, Pa. The men were located on Depue street, near the Delaware river, but escaped in a boat to the Pennsylvania side. There rite sheriff found them in the underbrush. He arrested Mosha after a struggle, but his companion escaped. Mosha was locked up in the Warren county jail to
