Backed by the Pittsburg syndicate headed by former Senator Fliun, the Cape May Heal Estate Company has about completed arrangements with the officials of Cape May fAr extensive improvements, including the extension of the boulevard drive and the boardwalk and a new sewerage system. Expenses are to be borne partly by the city and partly by tne company. The sewerage system will carry waste matter to the bay, where it will pass out to sea without befouling the ocean front. Tbe ordinances providing for these improvementa will be introduced into Council next week.
