The fire and water appropriation has been overdrawn- 3750.00 and those of officer's salaries and interest will be gone at the end of the year. There is about enough in the lighting appropriation to pay for the month of November which will leave the 3800-00 foe the month of December to be paid ont of next year’s appropriation. The fire department appropriation will Just last the year, while the bills which are accruing upon the matters of incidentals, printing, fire and water, streets, poor fund and property Improvement will also have to be paid ont of- next years taxation. Hero, is an estimate - for the coming year which has been based upon the expenses of this year, and into which there has been taken into account the necessity for larger expenses along some linea which have now been necessitated by reason of works started during the proaent year: Officeria aalariea, Including engineers of
