The court list was not a long one. there being but five Supreme Court issues on the list and three Circuit Court nearly all of which were poetpooed, usually the case. The complaints were so numerous before the Grand Jury that that body wi paired to take all of Tueaday In considering the complaints and aeren/hilla of Indictments were found. All applications for Inn and Tareru 11 censes and naturalization papers were laid over until tomorrow at eleven C ' when they will be heard. As a result of the Hxksld calling attention to the numerous lights on the beach front east of Madison avenue the commitu of city council has reduced the number of lights taere and therefore saved xome needless expense to the city. Creditors of Pi rat National Bank Get Dollar fbr Dollar, With Interest. The Receiver of the First National Bank egan paying off the final dividend to the depositor* of that corporation pa Monday. The dual dividend was 70 par cent, of the total amount of tbe deposit pins the interest from May 94 to September 15. In all the depositor* are receiving 101.67 per cent, on their depoaiu, so that no depositor loses any money but gets interest on hb money while it waa lied up in the defunct bant.
