After bitterly oonlast log for years the will of the late Cbarlea .Myers, of Ooaan City, formerly of Philadelphia, which ease has been pending lo the courts since 1887, the children and grandchildren of the deceased have carried an appeal to the New Jersey Court of Errors and Appeals from the decree Bird recently by Chancellor William J. Meglr. in the New Jersey Prerogative Court, reversing the Orphans' Conn of Cape May, by which Judge Voorbeea opened the decree admitting the Myers will to probate and reinstated the caveat filed against the probate of tbs will by Mary F. De Roche, of Sea Isle City, a
daughter of the deceased.
