An Ordinance to authorize the issuance of bonds to the amount of thirty thousand dollars fur the purpose of the enlargement and improvement of the water works and sewerage system; and also for the purpose of retiring certain Boating indebtedness of the City of Cape May. which said floating indebtedneas was crested and incurred for the purpose of constructing a system of sewerage in arid dty, and for the puipoae of extending zteacb avenue from Madison avenue to Sewell'* Point, and improving and pro-
tecting the same.
Section i. Be it ordained and enacted by the inhabitants of the City of Cape May, in City Council assembled, and it is hereby :i Acted by the anlhr-^ 1 ’ •' **■■—

A Cape May. bonds to the amount of thirty thousand dollars in denomination! of five hundred dollars each, bearing interest at
the rate of five per centum per annum,
able semi annually and maturing in t! , year* from the date thereof, which date shall be the first day of April, nineteen hundred and five, the proceeds to be applied solely to the enlarge meat and improvements of the water works and sewerage system; and also for the purpose of retiring that certain floating indebtedness of the City of Cape May, which was created and incurred for the purpose of the ooostrurtion of a system of sewerage for arid city, and for the purpose of the construction of a system of sewerage for said city, and for the extension of Beach avenue from Madison avenue to Sewell's Point, and the improvement and
protection of the same.
