The suit of John Leamiug to dispossess recent purchasers of property on SevenMile Beach, this county, came up in Chancery Court in Trenlgn hurt week, and Vice Chancellor Bergen dismissed It. Hundreds of purchasers of property on te beach were interested in the outcome of the suit.
