NOT TO INTERFERE No Skating While Cbnrch Services Are Being Held The Cape May Grain and Coal Company was restrained Monday by Vice Chancellor I-caming, in an opinion filed, from operating a roller skating rink adjacent to a church property and a parsonage when church service* are field. The suit was brought by tbe First Methodist KpUcopal Church of Cape May. The complainants alleged in their affidavits that the noise of the roller skating prevents them from occupying their church property with comfort; that it is of such a nature that the}- can hear but little of the pastor’s sermons snd can scarcely hear the prayer* that are offered. The pastor also testified that the noise prevents him giving the study and meditation necemary to his pastorate, and that be has warned the church officials that unless the noise is abated he will remove from the church parsonage. Vice Chancellor Learning, in his opinion, held that while the business conducted by the defendants is laa-ful and the defendants' business is well managed and without any necessar} disturbance, yet under the maxim that no man shall use his property to the injury of another, tbe complainant* must be afforded relief. He held that the affidavits of the defendants are not sufficient to east doubt upon the truth of the statements contained in the complainants' affidavits. He therefore made a decree allowing a temp injunction restraining the defendants from operating their skating rink during the hours the church services art
