MASTER'S SALE By virtue of a decree of the Court of Chancery of the State of New Jerhey, bearing date the tenth day of December, nineteen hundred and seven, in a certain cause in partition wherein Francis Garrison et als.. are Complainants, and Jay S. All that tract pur chased by deed from William G. Townsend and Charlotte, his wife, in Middle Township, County at Cape May and State of New Jersey, on the east side of a road leading from Goshen to William Garrison's and is part of land conveyed to said Townsend by deed dated December 19, 1860, and is butted and bounded as follows: BEGINNING at a bridge across Cedar Swamp Creek and running along said road North thirty degrees East forty perches to a corner in road; thence along said road North twelve and a half degrees East forty-two perches to another corner in said road; thence North eighty-one and a half degrees East thirty perches to a corner in a line of Jesse Springer's; thence South two and a half degrees West seventy perches to Cedar Swamp; thence along the same the several courses thereof to the place of beginning, containing within said bounds sixteen acres, three rods and twenty perches more or less, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of County and State aforesaid in Book Number 29 of Deeds Pages 137, etc. "TRACT No. 2. Also all that tract of land butted and bounded as follows: BEGINNING at a stake corner standing on the West side of the aforesaid road (in Middle Township and is also a corner of Lot No. 3 set-off to Ann Smith) and running from thence South seventy-two and a half degrees East one hundred and three perches to a stake corner of Lot No. 4, as aforesaid; thence still binding by Lot No. 3 South twenty-six and a half degrees East sixty-four perches to a pine knot, corner of Lot No 3. standing in William Garrison's line; thence binding by William Garrison's line North fifty-nine degrees East thirty-four perches to a White Oak corner of Lot No. 2; thence North twenty-four degrees west eightyone perches to a stake in William Garrison's line, corner of Lot No. 2; thence binding by Garrison's line South fifty-nine degrees and fifty-four minutes West eleven perches to a gum tree corner, being corner also of William Garrison's line; thence binding by said Garrison's line West twentynine and a half perches to a large leaning pine tree, corner of Reuben Ludlam's and William Garrison's; thence binding Reuben Ludlam's line North seventy -eight degrees and thirty minutes West seventy-three and a half perches to Reuben Ludlam's corner in before mentioned road; thence along the said road South forty-five degrees West fourteen and a quarter perches to the place of beginning, containing twenty-nine acres, one quarter and nine perches more or leas, and is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the County of Cape May and State of New Jersey in Book P of deeds, pages 176, etc. TRACT No. 3. Also all that tract of land butted and bounded as follows: BEGINNING at a stake standing by the side of Wills Creek, which is likewise the beginning of Levi Smith's land and from thence running and bounding by said Smith's land North eighty degrees and thirty minutes East ninety-four perches by a line of marked trees to a red cedar post standing in the swamp near the head of the old ditch marked for a corner and standing in Smith's line; thence running North fifty-eight degrees and thirty minutes East one hundred and twenty-eight perches to a red cedar
