Considerable statistical information is also included, such as the popular . and electoral votes of the Roosevelt- w Parker election of 1904. information of . the party division'of the last session of i Congress, the result of each Presidential campaign with the names of the leading candidates since Washington's time. An interesting feature is the number of electoral votes credited to each State this year. NOTICE OP REGISTRATION Notice is- hereby given that the Boards of Registry and Election in and for each and every election district or voting precinct in Cape May County, will meet TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8th, 1908. and on Tuesday, September 22. 1908, at the place where the next election in their district will be held, at one -o'clock in the afternoon, and remain in session until nine o'clock in the evening, for the purpose of making up from the canvassing books two lists of registers of the names, residences and street numbers, if any, of all the persons in their respective election districts entitled to the right of suffrage therein at the next election, or who shall personally appear before them for that purpose, or who shall be shown to the satisfaction of such Board of Registry and Election to have legally voted in that election district at the last preceding election therein for membeis of the General Assembly, or who shall be shown by 'he affidavit in writing of some voter in that election district to be~a legal voter therein. And on Tuesday, September 22, 1908, and between the same hours the said Boards of Registry and Election will bold a primary election of delegates to conventions of political parties, or - for making nominations, or for both agreeable to the provisions of "A further supplement of an act entitled An Act to regulate election," which said supplement was approved April / 14, 1908, and amendmnts thereof and \ the supplements thereto. And notice is hereby further given, that the said Board of Registry and Election will have their final meeting on TUESDAY. OCTOBER 27. 1908. at the place of their former meeting, at the hour of one o'c lock in the afternoon, and remain in session until nine o'clock in the evening, for the purpose 3 of revising and ooirecting the original registers, of adding thereto the names " of all persons entitled tc the right of suffrage in that election district at the next election, who shall appear in person before them or who shall be shown by the written affidavit of some voter in such election district to be a legal voter therein, and of erasing ■therefrom the name of any person who, after a fait opportunity to be heard shall be shown not to be entitled to vote therein.
