SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of » writ of fieri facias to me directed, issued oat of the Ooart of Ohancery of the State of New Jersey, I will expose to sale at public vendue at the office of the Sheriff, Oape May Court Boose, N. J., between the hours of 12 and 6 o'clock, to wit, at 1 50 o'clock in the afternoon, MONDAY, JUNE 21st, 1909. ALL those certain lota or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the borough of Wildwood. in the Ooonty of Cape May and State of New Jersey, known and designated on a plan of lots in Northeast section of Wildwood, mads by Marcus Fry, engineer. 1898, and duly filed in the Clerk's Office, of Oape May County, aforesaid,|as lota numbers twelve (12) and thirteen (18), on block number thirty-eight (38), and boanded and described as follows, to wit : Beginning at the point of intersection of the northeasterly side of Poplar avenue with the southeasterly side of a certain thirty foot wide street fronting on the West Jersey and Seashore Railroad, and extending thence (1) southeast wardly along the northeasterly aide of said Poplar avenue, a distance of eighty-seven and seventy-one hundredths (87.7) feet; thence (2) at right angles to said Poplar avenue northeastwardly a distance of ninety (90) feet ; thence (8) at right angles to said last course northwestwardly parallel with said Poplar avenue, and ninety (90) feet distant therefrom, a distance of eighty-three and sixteen hundredths (88.16) feet to the southeasterly ride of the thirty foot wide strdfet aforesaid ; and thence (4) southwesterly along the southeasterly side of said thirty foot .wide street, a distance of ninety (90) xeet, more or less, to the place of beginning. Being the same premises which Clyde , 8. Adams et. ax., et als., by deed dated March 28rd, 1906, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of Oape May County aforesaid, in Deed Book 197, page 806, etc., granted and conveyed unto Peter Day in fee. Seized aa the property of Peter Day et ux., et ala., defendants, taken in execution at the suit of Five Mile Beach Building and Loan Association complainant and to be sold by ROBERT R.
