Every Board of Education shall « - appoint as Medical Inspector of schools i in ita district, a regular practitioner of t medicine, duly qualified to practice in i that district aDd physically able to t ■ serve. Pupils sent home from school by a Medical Inspector, with a diagnosis of infections or contagious disease, either actual or suspected, shall n- 1 be re-admitted to their res* ective claws rooms until they shall present a written excu e signed by their fa-uily physician or some other regularly qualified physician, who has examined or treated them.
