Be it ordained by the of Borough of West Cape » that all dwelling houses and other boildiugs shall be numbered. Sec. 2. That in causing the numbers be placed upon the baildings First Avenae shall be the line of beginning for all streets or avenues, extending north and south therefrom and that Broadway shall be tbe line ot beginning for all streets or avenues extendi east and west therefrom, the even numbers to be placed on the south and west side of the street or avenues and i the odd numbers to be placed on tbe north and east aide of same.
