Section 1 ; Be it ordained and enacted the inhabitants of the City of Oape in City Council assembled, and is hereby enacted by the authority t of the same, that no person shall enin or carry on, manage or conduct c business, profession, trade or calling in the City of Ca^e May, nor aid I or assist as employee, clerk or other- 1 wise in carrying on any such business, 1 profession, trade or calling, or in using any wagon, vehicle, stand, store or ( other place or thing for which a li- I cense is required by the terms of tbis ordinance, unless* a license as herein provided for, shall have been first ob- i tained therefor.
