The ■ entries must be accompanied bv the! official rating card of the measurers of the club to which the entrant belongs. The races will start at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and the captains of the contesting boats will meet the regatta committee at one o'clock on the "afternoon of the races to receive their final instructions. The Tegatta committee will at the club house and will give out I the numbers to the contestant. The | A. P. B. A. rules will govern the races. . The boats will be classified ns follows: I First division Cruisers: 1 — Cruiser* rating below 40:2 — Cruisers rating above 40: 3— Standing canopy launches. Second divsion. Open launchre not rating as auto racng boats will be subclassified if there are sufTcient entries. Third division Automobile racing I — Boats from 50 to 60 rating; Boats from 60 to 70 rating; 3 — from 70 to 80 rating: 4 — Boat* above 80 rating. Prizes will be awarded in each class where two or more boats start.
