DEATH OF MRS. MARY Ji ELIZABETH E. SCHELLEHGER Mis. Mary Elizabeth E. Schellenger, C aged 78 years, who has resided at Cape May Point a number of years, died on Sunday afternoon, at the residence of j, her daughter, Mrs. 1-ewis Hildreth, at Cold Spring. 8be had a serious fall j, about twe years ago sod fractured a p hip from which she never recovered. She was the widow of the late Pilot Jacob E. Schellenger and her family consisted of two sons and one daughter, Jacob E. Schellenger, who resides at Mobile, Albert B. Schellenger, of Cape May Point, and Mrs- Maud Hildreth, of Erma. The funeral oc- * curred on Wednesday afternoon it 2:30 from the residence of her daughter at Erma, the services being conducted at h the bouse by Rev. Dr. Jones, pastor of the Cold Spring Presbyterian Church, j, interment at the church cemetery. « Mrs. Schellenger was a devoted wife mother and neighbor, and was highly es-, jj teemed. She was a member of one of the pioneer Gape May County families j, and has many relatives in different sec- „ tious of the county. Rilay are entertaining their sister from Chalfonte. Mrs. Rita Thornton made a bubainees trip to Philadelphia on Tuesday.
