J o I NO "EASIER WAY" WANTED A bill passed the legislature to pro vide an easier way to amend the Constitution of the State, and it will be I submitted to a vote of the people. It | should be voted down when the time i cornea with an earnestness which will ^ no doubt in the minds of the Jerj aey City and Newark schemers that the J 'pi-ople will have none of it. If there ^ j one thing we do not want it is an I easy way to amend the constitution |and the effort to obtain it is merely onsecure a way by which the desires of the people may be overridden.
