CIVES PARTY TO GUESTS OF THE WINDSOR HOTEL From Tuesday's Daily Star and Wave. On Friday evening last a party of ; eighteen persons, stopping at the Hotel Windsor, enjoyed a very pleasant sailing party on the harbor, as the guests of Mrs. Katherine Ramsay Hill. As the moon rose about nine, and there being favorable breezes and tides, the conditions were ideal and the most was made Of the opportunity of sailing gently in the silver path of Luna. With the Haratio wallowing quietly on the soft billows, the evening passed only too rapidly. Before going ashore the party was favored with divers refreshments, and bad the opportunity to enjoy the frequent witticisms contributed by the company, among whom were some of more -than ordinary wit. Shortly after eleven o'clock, after an unusually delightful sail, a landing was effected by Oaptain Tony Bennett, and the various members of the party proceeded by cabs to tbeir residences. Those favored by the pleasure of the sail include: Mrs K. R. Hill, Mrs. Plumly. Miss Plumly, Miss Aimic Powell, Miss Bernie Fitler, Mre. A. O. Clephane, Miss Tyler, Miss Goodwin, Dr. Leach, Messrs.
