KEAl.RIl 'BIDS for the extraordinary ipcjr and re-conetrurction of the road t known aa the Holly Beach Road beginning at ita intersection with the Main ^ Seashore Road at Rio Grande and extending to its intersection with Pacific Avenue in the City of Wildwood in accordance w ith drawings, plans and specifications will be received and opened at s regular meeting of the Board of "Chosen Freeholders at eleven o'clock A M. on Tuesday the fwenty-firat (21st) 1 day of December A. D. 1915, in the Court House at Cape May Court House, X. J. Drawings, plans and specifications * can be obtained upon application to ^ Learning M. Rice, County Engineer. Wildwood, N. J., by depositing the sum o* ten ($10.00) dollars which deposit will be refunded if the drawings, plans , and specifications are returned in good condition or accompanied by a bid. All bids must be accompanied by a deposit, either in cash .or certified cheek drawn to the order of Jos. J. Scull, County Collector, equal in amount to 1 ten (10) -per cent of the amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a first class Surety Company ( bond in a sum equal to the full amount ( of hia bid, to insure a full and faithful compliance with all the terms, conditions and provisions of the contract and specifications. The auccessful bidder will also be re- j quired to make necessary repairs to and j keep the bituminous surface in first class condition for a period of five years from the date of completion and acceptance of the work and to furnish satisfactorysecurity or bond to insure the fulfill- 1 ment of this part of his contract.
