Stevens, administrator of the estate of Robert Chambers, deceased, having exhibited to this Court under . oath, a true account of the personal estate and. debts of &e said Robert Chambers, deceased, so far as he can discover the same, whereby it appears that the personal estate of the said Robert Chambers, deceased, is (insufficient to pay his debts, and requested the aid of this . * court in the premises, by petition setting forth a lot of land of which the Hid Robert Chambers, deceased, died seised, in the City of Cape May, in the Oounty of Cape Kay, and State of New Jersey, more patricularly described in said petition. It is on this 96th day of April, nineteen hundred and sixteen, ORDERED, That all persons interested in said lands, tenements, hereditaments and real estate of said Robert Chambers, deceased, appear before this court on Wednesday, the 28th day of June next, at the Court House, in Cape May Court House, at ten o'clock Is the forenoon, to show cause why so much of said lands, tenements, hereditaments and real estate' of the said Robert Chambers, deceased, should not be sold h will be sufficient to pay his debts, or the' residue thereof, as the case may require. hotice of public hearing To be held in the Commission Chambers, City Hall, Atlantic City, N. J-, at 11-30 a. m>, Thursday, June 16, 1816, to consider the subject of fish pound* in the Atlantic Ocean and tributary waters between Montauk Point, N. Y., and Cape Charles, Va. The undersigned have been appointed by. the War Department to report on the above subject. • The Public hearing is to be held for the purpose of giving fishing and navigation interests full opportunity to be beard on all points involved in the placing and use of- fish pounds in the waters- in question. 1. Information is desired bv the Board as to whether any change should be made in the existing authorized lisb pound limits south of Barnegat, New Jersey. It is not propqsed to consider chi adjjes in the fish pound limits north of , 11 Barnegat unless some special reason can be adduced therefor. 2. Information is desired as the practicability, within reasonable limits of ■ cost, of lighting fish pounds in the Atlantic Ocean so as to keep then continuously lighted throughout the winter season. If such lighting is parctieable the removal of fish poun<j,« may not be necessary during the winter season. Information is <lesired as to the be.-t kind of lights to be used; how high above the water they abould be placed, and how they should be secured. 3. Information is desired as to the conditions under which floating anchor- - ed nets 'should be permitted m these waters, including material, kinds of floats and anchors, the means that ought to be adopted for lighting tliem, etc. 4. The Board believes that the expense of supervising the placing, removing and ligh^ng of fish pounds, etc., should be borne by the owners thereof, but will hear any argument that may be presented Jo the contrary. _ _ 5. Bonds for ihe faithful performance of conditions annexed to fish pound permits are now re^uir.il j-outli of Barnegai, but not north of Barnegat.
