Miss Gilda Cannon appeared in ther second act in the Singing Comedicane, Her song« were very clever and well liked, while. the buck dancing | was very. well done to the enjoyment of all. The third act was an exceptionally good one, Hurry: Rentell, the Duncing Musician, who can be classed as a dancing. wonder, and | it. is . indeed doubtfal if a rubber ball could emily and with nior grace bounce up and down and do the suumersoults that he preformed during this aet. A good uct "Inland of Harmony" by "The Mesereous" followed, and made a hit with every one with their clever singing and talking comedy. Frazier and Mack, the well known entertainers from England in . their singing and taking comedy closed the show, this act was a scream from start to finish, and without any doubt it was the best big hit that ever entertained the boys at the Army Hospital Charles Achenbach at the Piano furnished the music for the entertainment which was a big part in making the show a big hit, and it goes without saying that Charley, well known by all the boys in the Eastern campa, is one of the best Pianist in his line, and the Cape May district is very fortunate in having this capable and well liked fellow appear at the Army Hospital regularly with every show oa Monday nights, and furnish the music. The giving out of smokes and sweets to the audience by the Jewish Welfare Board, just before the show opens is lghly appreciated by all that are pres" ent at all Monday night shows. The regular J. W. B. Shows on Monday night are well liked by all, and no one can afford to miss them. bntormmmno-o,cmmenmened ARRANGEMENTS FOR PASSOVER FOR SERVICE MEN OF JEWISH FAITH IS BEING MADE The Passover holidays will start om April 14th, and instructions have been sent by the War Department to all commanding officers in . the | United States, informing them that furloughs are to be granted from noon April 14, to midnight April 16th, so that Jewish men may attend services at their homes or in near towns. For these men of jewish faith whose homes are too far for them to attend service there. the | Jewish . Welfare Board Field Representative of the Cape Muy district is making arrange ments with the nearby communitics, to take care of all service men of this ilixtrict that so desire to be taken care of. The Woitbine con. munity has . informed the J, W. B. worker. that they will gladly have service men as guests for the Passover holidays, the | mem will be tuken care of for the first two days or longer if they wish to stay. The J. W. 13, branch in Atrantie Ci+ ty has expressed their willingness and offered to have as stuests a number of men of this district. for as many days as the men could stay away from their posts, The Philadelphia Headquarters . of the Jewish Welfare Board in conjunc» tion with the Y. M. H. A. of this city, is conducting a community Sedar service and passover supper. on the eve of Passover. Monday, April 14th at 6.30 a‘clock, in the auditorum, 1616 Master street. They wish to be at home on that evening to all these enlisted men of this district away from their homes. Enlisted men will be the guests of the Jewish Welfure Board. and will be sent to private homes in the city for the night. Both the Wildwood and Cupe May communities hope to have a large number of service men of this dirtrict for Sedar s x and Passover suppor, Fo the comfort of all service men im the Cape May district who cannot go [home for Passover, or if for some rem won or other they eannot leave the hos» pital or camps, the.
