The Bourd of Commisof the City of Cape May do ordain, That it shall be unlawful for any property owner in the City of Cape May to allow grass to be grown on the sidewalks in front of thei properties, bordering on any street, avenue ur public roadway; except that on all sidewalks where there are pavements laid in the centre of said walks not less than four feet in width, grass plots may be allowed on either side of said luid pavements which shall not be allowed to grow to a height of more than two inches. Section 2. — And it is further ordalned, That no owner of property in the said city of Cape May shall allow branches of trees, hedges or other bushes to project over the sidewalke except such branches are eight feet above the surface of the and no property owner shall allow branches of trees to grow over the streets, avenues and public roadways of the city which shall be less than ten feet above the surface of said streets, aventes and public roadways.
