THE | way THEY DID IT W. F. Moore has been for years a number of years principal of the West Cape May Annex Grade School and bas given good service there. Recent ly the State Beard of Education requested that each uchool assist in raising money for the erection at Trenton, on the Capitol grounds of a building memorial to the soldiers and mailors of the Great War who went from this State. An iden of Mr. Moor‘s methods will be obtained from the description given below in a letter to the County Superintendent of the manner im which the school raised a share of the money.
