The Board of Commisdoners of the City of Cape May do ordain, that the hard surface paving heretofore begun on Perry Street from Cape Island Creek bridge to Beach Avenue; on Jackson Street .✓from Cape Island Creek bridge to Beach Avenue; on Decatur Street from Washington Street to Beach | Avenue, and on Ocean Street from I Washington Street to Beach Avenue,] be completed by paving the same from curb to curb with Portland cement concrete or by such like material of bituminous concrete, of an average thickness in. excess of six inches, including the concrete foundation, in conformity to the plans and specifications now on file in the office of tlSe city engineer, eaid plans being filed in the office of the city clerk on the t^Slty-second day of September, nineteen hundred ' .
