The par value of the stock is $10.00 per share, and is Non* Assessible. PURPOSEThe purpose of the corporation is to convert the immense wood waste into products readily salable, at enormous profits. PRODUCTS The corporation 'will manufacture building lumber, boxboards, paper containers, high-grade wrapping paper, and other paper products, steam distilled turpentine, rosin," pine oil, wood alcohol, leaf pine oil, wood lye, and sweeping compounds.
