eleven thousand dollars, for the f purpose of providing for the nay raent of the cost of constrocting a system of jetties to protect the beach or ocean front of the Borough of Cape May Point, from encroachment by the seaSection 1 — The Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Cape May Point do ordain, that in order to protect the beach or ocean front of the said Borough of Cape Mayt Point from encroachment by the sea, that there be constructed on the beach or ocean front between Cape Avenue, and Bernard Avenue, a System of Timber .Jetties, called Sieve Jetties, according to the "lans and specifics-' ! tions made by L. E.
