THE REASON The Cape May County Times says: . "President Harding, in a recent atf^iress to the postmasters in convene Hon in Washington, hit the Cape May county situation squarely on the bead when he said: 'I would rather have a hard-boiled Democrat any time than a yellow Republican.' It is because so many loyal Republicans feel that way, and because Major Howell's personality is so likeable and clean and honorable, that be will get Republican support — and for no other reason." PRESIDENT HARDING SA"YS: "I would rather have a hard-boiled Democrat than a yellow Republican '" * Isn't it wonderful to think that the President has his eyes on little Cape May County? CAPE MAY POINT (Staff Correspondent) The Rev. Mr. Hillman, of the Methodist Church, Cape May, preached in the Community Chapel on Sunday last. The sermon was on the story of Jacob and Esau, the selling of the birthright for a mess of porright, aril Am. Hillman gave a splendid, forceful talk, speaking of the present day methods being similar to those of Jacob and Esau- It is to be regretted that there was such a small congregation present; the people are privileged in having these preachers come to the Point, men of talent and ability and who so willingly give their time to this work without any thought of remuneration. I wonder how many of us would do so- Will you not come out on Sunday afterpreciation by giving oite hour of your time to a cause which is' so uplifting and brings such a blessing, that you cannot afford to turn away from itCome, bring your ueighbor'with yqu.
