Section - 3. And it is further ordained, That by this ordinance it is demJf termined and declared: ^ A. I C. The net: debt of the City of I Cape May, computed by the aforesaid authority and in the manner provided mm therewith is one hundred and seven
three hundred and twentyone dollars and twelve centsD- The debt financial statement required by the aforesaid authority to made by the chief financial officer at the said City of Cape May, was filed prior to the introduction of this ordinance. Section 4. And it is furthet irdained, That the proceeds of the bonds issued pursuant to this ordinance shall be paid to the treasurer of the City of Cape May, who -shall in no event disburse the samei except to pay the of issuing' and selling the same and for the purpose for which said bonds are issued, as herein setand if, for any reason, any part of the said proceeds is not applied or necessary for the said purposes, the of the said City of May, may re-appropriate the remaining unapplied funds to pay the principal of any outstanding bonds.
