CAPE MAY POINT The Lawn Fete held on Friday last •on the lawn of Miss M. J. Barr's home was a decided success. The sum realized was nearly three hundred dollars The fancy work and household table was in charge of Mrs. Henrv bprtzka who turned in the neat sum of ninety dollars. Mrs. Blanche Kline contributing a check for fifteen -dollars toward this table. Mr. Seltzer and Mr. Leiper gave the kiddies lots of enjoyment through peanut scarmbles and Miss Kline with -special treats to ice cream- Everyone who attended had a most enjoyable time and those in charge of the affair ■res to be congratulated on its sucMr. John Hanley entertained his son and daughter-in-law and little Normt Hanley on Tuesday last. Lieut. Robert Bustard was the guest of Mr. and Mrs.. -Elwood A. Marshall at Baycote over the week end. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur J. DaJe are at Baycote for the remainder of the .season. The house built by E. H. Springer for Dr. McFadden is finished and occupied by the owner. Dr. McFadden is delighted with the house and expects to install a hot water heating plant so that the house may »t any time be used for Winter living. Mr. Springer is also erecting a itome adjoining the property of Dr John T. Huff, which when finished will be occupied bv a son-in-law of Dr. Huff. Mrs. J. Sidney Mather of Haddonfield, N. J., will be the soloist on Sunday morning in the Presbyterian Church. Mrs- Helen Dale Marshall at the organ. The attendance in the Sunday School has been splendid, on ■Sunday a week ago there were one hundred and fourteen scholars present, all deeply interested.
