' f The latest step In the war upon the "•urates" who have been robbing their nets -of fish, Wildwood fishermen caused the arrest of Luca Cataldi, of Sea Isle City on charge of larceny and a hearing was given before Justice Garrison at Cape May Court House Tuesday. Castaldi put up no defense and was held under $1000 bail for the grand -jury. Otto A. Huf, connected with North Wildwood Fishing Company was the complaining witnessL TRUSTY ESCAPES JAIL Emmet Driver, 2046 Radner street, Philadelphia, a trusty at the Cape May County jail, escaped on the night of August 26th and is being searched for by the police of Wildwood and other cities. Driver was scrubbing the floor of the Sheriff's office just before he wa.missed. He was serving a ninety-day sentence for larceny and had but ten more days to serve.
