Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Mayer, of Riverside, spent Sunday here with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Fithian, of Bridgeton, moved into their bungalow last week. Mr. Fithian is owner of the Canning factory here, which will open soon for canning lima beans. They expect a bumper crop this year. Prospects v are gorfxl for a very sucessful season. Miss Mary Edwards is visiting relatives in Camden. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kennedy entertained over the week-end their ! daughter, Mrs. Chris Bardo, her i husband from Jersey Shore, Pa. George Morrison visited his uncle, Alexis Edwards, in the Samj aritan hospital in Philadelphia on I Sunday. Mrs. Edwards went up on j Monday. Emma Bell of the ; borough. Mrs. Bell was the widow of the late Charles Bell, and died at her Point home Tuesday morning at nine o'clock, after a brief illness from acute indigestion.
