Big Season For Boatmen Seen Plans for a big season are being made by membprs of the Cape May-Wildwood Party Boat Association, Captain Robert J. Pierpont, president of the organization, announced this week, following a recent meeting of the boat owners here. Members of the organization agree, that the new regulations imposed by the Navy Department will in no way curtail party boat fishing this summer, Pierpont said. With more money in circulation and with the safety of the Cape May County coast waters, a banner season is expected here, according to the unanimous opinion of the boatmen. A resolution that Congressman Wene, Senator Scott and Assemblyman Boswell be contacted and requested that they use their influence to obtain priority ratings for association members on repairs to party boats was adopted by the association. Local commercial fishermen have already been granted high priority ratings from the standpoint'that they produce fish val-uable-to the nation’s food supply, disclosed.
