Schuster, chairman of the Cape May County Industrial Salvage Committee. In a report to R. Merrill Decker, regional chief of the industrial salvage section of the War Production Board, Schuster said 22 firms in Cape May County had scrapped 25,080 pounds of iron and steel, 487 pounds of non-fer-rous metals, 41 pounds of rubber, 15,325 pounds of paper, rags and other salvage material, and 1,621 pounds of electro-type metal, making a total of 42,553 for the first two weeks of the campaign. Of 69 industrial firms in county, 38 reported having named salvage executives to direct the scrapping of unessential machinery and waste materials. Of that number, 22 turned in scrap during the period, and 16 reported that they had no salvage material. For the month of November New Jersey led all other states in the country in industrial salvage tonnage. Members of the executive committee in charge of the scrap drivd* are Arthur W. Shoemaker, Ocean City, C. F. Holtz, Ocean City, Charles R. Page, Sea Isle City, Otto Wunder, Avalon, Samuel Kravitz, Woodbine, I. V Stone, Ocean City, W. Boyd Tyler. Cape May Court House, George B.
