MRS. CLARA B. FRAMBES Mrs. O&ara B. Frambes, a forer refulent of Tuckaboe, died at the home of her son, Frank, in Johnstown, Pa. She had resided with her son for the last six years. Besides her son, she is vived by a daughter, Mrs. Mulford Stevens, of Cape May, and two brothers, Weaver Busby, of Tuckaboe, and William Busby, of Millville. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the funeral home of S. G. Langley and Son, Tuckaboe. Interment was made in the Tuckaboe Cemetery.. Mrs. Frambes .was a. frequent' visitor to Cape May and was well known here.

Ban Pleasure Driving WASHINGTON—OPA Administrator Leon Henderson late yesterday issued orders banning all pleasure car driving to ease the critical fuel oil situation which threatens the nation. ' The order became effective immediately.
