COUNTY REPRESENTED

C. A. R. Officers Elected At Big State Conclave Setiior and junior state officers of the New Jersey Society, Children of the American Revolution, were elected and installed by the National President of the organisation, Mrs. Louise Moseley Houten, of Mississippi, when members met for their 14th annual conference at the Hotel Robert Treat, Newark, last Saturday. The meeting was an all-day gathering of senior and junior members and their friends, with annual reports, luncheon, awarding of,several state prises, guest speakers and recreation for juniors in the afternoon, planned by National Junior President William S. Berner, of East Orange. The senior officers were elected for two-year terms, from a ballot prepared by a committee consisting of Elisabeth A. H. Lip--pincott, of Salem; Mrs. Willard Ives Kimm and Mrs. Arthur L. Wolls, of East Orange. They are Mrs. Frank W. Reiter, of New Brunswick, vice president; Mrs. James Galt, Haddonfield, state chaplain; Mrs. Lawrence A. Fuller, of South Orange, recording secretary; Miss Augusta W. Berrien,, of Plainfield, treasurer; Mrs. Phillip H. Burch, of Trenton, state registrar; and Mrs. Kenneth F. Dietz, of Red Bank,

historian.

The new senior president is appointed, and the honor goes to Mrs. William C. Berner, of East Orange, who will take office

May 1.
