Miss Ruth Brown left this resort this week to spend some time in southern Illinois, after three weeks here as the guest of the Rev. and Mrs. F. Paul Langhome at the Baptist manse. Dr. and Mrs. E. E. Harkness, of Chester, Pa., have also been guests at the manse for the past 10 days, and were joined by their daughter. Miss Elinore Harkness, over the weekend. Miss Harkness was guest soloist at the evening service at the Cape Island Baptist Church Sunday evening. Miss Margaret R. Richardson, of Wynnewood, is the guest of Miss Joy Whiting, daughter Mrs. Francis Yarnall Casey. Doylestown, Pa., at her cottage in this resort. Mr. and Mrs. B. W. Slengluff and their family, of Philadelphia, are spending the summer at their cottage here. Mr. and Mrs. Porter F.
