State War Fund To Help Many, D’Olier Says More than 60.000,000 • people will receive aid from the war services to be financed by the National War Fund which will 'receive a substantial portion of its funds from the New Jersey State War Fund, Inc., it was announced today by Colonel Franklin D"01ier, chairman. Colonel D’OMer's statement pointed out that "this estimate of *0/100,000 beneficiaries of the National War Fund is in addition to those unfortunates aided by vital home front services for health, welfare and recreation. These home front projects will also be aided substantially, by the Hew Jersey State War Fund, Inc. "More than le.000,000 persons will receive personal services on the military' front from such fond member agencies as USO, United Seamen’s Service and War Prisoners Aid. “Forty-two millions will be aerred on the United Nations front through such member agendas as British War Relief Society; United China Relief; Queen WQhelmina Fund; Greek War ReKcd Association; Polish War ReBef; Russian War Relief; United Tagoslav Relief Fund, U. S. ComMtttee for Care of European AOdren: French Relief Fund; Merwegiar.
