Three Dreft Appeals Rejected By Board Three appeals, seeking deferment for southern Cape May County Selective Service registrants, were rejected by the South Jersey Appeal Board last week, it was disclosed Saturday by offiicals of Local Board No. 2 here. Appeals were filed in behalf of David P. Willard, of Cape May Point, on the ground that he supports a dependent; Fulvio Phillip Donati, of Wildwood, and Peter Trolli, of Cape May, the latter two on the ground that they are essential to their em-
ployers.
