Three Dreft Appeals Rejected By Board Three appeals, seeking deferment for southern Cape May County Selective Service registrants, were rejected by the South Jersey Appeal Board last week, it was disclosed Saturday by offiicals of Local Board No. 2 here. Appeals were filed in behalf of David P.
