He was the aon of Dr. Amos and Mary FI Wert, and was born in Philadelphia, w here he was educated. The Immediate cause of death war a«lhma, aim plicated with heart disease. A father, mother, sister and widow eurvivehlm. He was about 46 yean of age. He was held In high esteem by ihisw who knew him. The funeral services took place Wednesday afternoon at bis parents' home, and Interment was made In Philadelphia. A number of friends and relatives from tills city attended the fuueral.
