Charles Howell, of this city, died at his home lu Fort Norris at 1.30 o'clock Sunday afternoon, aged 79 years. He had been an Invalid for four years, from diseases Incident to Captain Fowler was a well known and leading oyster planter for many yean, being connected In this business Ith J. R. Fowler was the father of eevi children, llva of whom—three girls and two boys—survive, together with bis wife. ’ Mrs. Powell had been at her father's home for several days before his death.
